Michael David is a distinguished professional in the field of People and Leadership Development, with an accomplished career spanning more than 38 years. He began his journey in Advertising, but his passion for unlocking human potential inspired him to establish his own firm Communications – Training Programs, in 1986, which he still runs very successfully. Since then, he has trained and coached over 100,000 executives, managers, and leaders across more than 150 organisations in 15 countries throughout Asia, North America, and Europe.

Michael specialises in Managerial and Leadership Effectiveness, and is widely recognised for facilitating strategic leadership offsites focused on Values, Vision, Mission, and Strategy. He has successfully supported organisations in building high-impact internal training teams, strengthening cross-border collaboration, and developing cohesive leadership cultures. His sector experience spans a broad spectrum of industries, including Automotive, Aviation, Finance, IT, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Engineering Services, Power, Steel, Telecom, Chemicals, Consulting, Education, and Diamonds.

He completed an Executive Program in Generative AI from IIT Bombay, nominated directly by the CEO- strengthening his expertise in enterprise-grade AI frameworks, agentic architectures, and real-world AI deployment.

Previously, as Business Consultant Manager at Harbinger Group, Ajinkya worked closely with the President and CTO’s office to architect and implement AI-powered strategies, digital transformation programs, and productivity-enhancing initiatives.

He holds a PGP in AI & Data Science from the Reliance Foundation’s Jio Institute, with a global immersion at NTU Singapore, and a B.E. from MIT Pune with Distinction.
